Hang up the muskrat traps Austin. Leave them for the women and children and follow me on the coon line!

Kinda makes me wonder what's in the bucket. Cheap dog food. The key is the liquid smoke you add to the area to bring them in. Very similar to baiting bears if you research that.

Must be a good population base in the area, for 9 coon to visit the same feed bucket at the same time in one night. I found a farm that still had standing corn in January a couple of years ago and on a warm night treed 7 in one run. Best I've ever done was to tree 11 in one night with several being kit coon. I bet I could best that there in a couple hours. LOL Gas prices are falling but not far enough to make that road trip worth wile though. Wack em and stack em AJ.

Naw, he would run right past that bucketful of coons and find a skunk somewhere and take an hour to kill it!

I'd probably set a trap there. Maybe two reminds me of long-ago days when I used to prebait around the borders of Letchworth Park near the summer camping grounds. Good times!

Think out of the bucket, think about how when the coons feed they call in more, when they fight, when they walk off with the smell of liquid smoke off thier paws. Think out of the bucket. You can establish a baited site like this any were. The population in this particular area is average. I'm just following advice by Wally and Murser, a guy on T-man. By no means did I dream this up. The possibitlies are limitless.
