Thanks Minnesota Trapline Products makes a Heavy-Duty MB Trap Setting Tongs that are Indestructible and will set the Baddest 330 or Larger out there with ease. Sets the MB-12" X 16" Mega-Bear without breaking a sweat. I've had mine about 10 years and unless I lose them in the swamp or marsh somewhere, Ill never need to buy another one. Great Product. w

walleyed, I tried a similar tongs(24"), they were a challenge. I just checked the Heavy-Duty MB Trap Setting Tongs(30"), they probably have a lot more leverage.
I was considering a self-locking body grip setters, don't know how long they are?

Anyone use the safety setter? I think that's what its called, looks like a piece of flat chain with a couple hooks?

Anyone use the safety setter? I think that's what its called, looks like a piece of flat chain with a couple hooks? I stubble on to those also, looks pretty good. I'm still leaning to the caulking gun setter now. I am hoping to try as many of these setter I can at the Rondy or NY Convention?
