so iv seen where people have used peat moss for winter time beds..has any one used dry saw dust to make a trap bed i get a bunch of it for free from an amish saw mill here in town for my chicken coop and was just thinking i could use it traping also...your thoughts would be appreciated

Peat moss won't absorb water and freeze......saw dust will

I have a bag of sawdust from work that I use all the time for any blood on my beaver skinning table and if I get blood on the floor. soaks it up good.

u se at least 2 bu of sawdust dump on trapsite then put some salt or calcloride insaw dust.bed traps solid and cover with saw dust.it is a atractor in its own.have caught numerous fox at such sets.
