As Joel said Necker 700 for beaver. I use the Necker 600 for everything else.

I have both sized Necker knives and a Boddicker which is like the 700 have not used the 600 so can't say how that works but I like both the 700 and the Boddicker.

i have a zeph & use on beaver ,yotes , coon keeps a sharp edge.

Have both a 600 & 700 Necker...love them both and the 700 is great on beaver & 'coon

The one YOU can work best with and are most use to. I've tried them all, and always come back to my cheap knive, works for me.

Is the 600 too small for beavers? can't seem to find the 700 for sale

I don't think so. I used it on a couple. I actually sold my 700. Was too big and didn't have a dull side.

A Necker 60 will work just fine on beaver
